Young, wild, daring, but at the same time tasteful and stylish. Keywords that all apply equally to the Schmidt/Czaske Quintet. The quintet presents the original compositions of their two band leaders Benjamin Schmidt and Justus Czaske with a lot of energy, fast-paced solos and tight rhythms. Stylistically, they always move in the area of modern contemporary, but with their very own avant-garde elements. The five young musicians got to know each other partly during their studies at the IfM Osnabrück, partly in various ensembles and bands. Now they are performing together on stage for the first time in this formation to present their own unique music....
