Callum BairCallum Bair is a Denver-based guitarist, bassist, and producer who finds himself at the center point of soul, R&B, jazz, and folk.With a love of the classic jazz virtuosos like Joe Pass and Ted Greene, and an appreciation of the R&B and gospel sensibilities of artists like Jubu Smith, Isaiah Sharkey, and Robert Glasper, Callum has always approached playing music as a fan first. Whether it’s working as a side man for numerous prominent Denver acts (Same Cloth, Monique Brooks-Roberts, Lauren Frihauf), performing solo fingerstyle renditions of jazz and R&B standards, or producing and songwriting for his own R&B fusion group, The KYN, Callum always embraces the influences of those who came before him, and takes joy in collaborating with those alongside him.
