Led by multi-instrumentalist, Mario Caribé (SNJO, Grit Orchestra, Playtime, Moishe’s Bagel), and powered by Stu Brown, the ‘one man samba school’, on drums/percussion, with Brian Molley on woodwinds, Boteco Trio play hand-picked songs of the vast Brazilian repertoire – including samba, bossa nova, baião, choro - bringing the light, warmth and excitement of Rio’s streets to the Leith midwinter.
