About
"Paul Paterson Trio" are a stylish and talented band who play hot gypsy jazz. This acoustic string instrument style of "hot jazz" was invented by Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli in 1930's swinging Paris.
Internationally acclaimed guitarist Paul Paterson is accompanied by his wife, Charlotte Paterson on double bass.
The trio is rounded out by a guest musician, drawn from the cream of the gypsy jazz scene.
Sunday March 18th will feature one of the leading lights of Scottish gypsy jazz, guitarist Ross Baird of Viper Swing.
