Venezuelan pianist Leo Blanco is a virtuoso whose music is rooted in the Africa-Latina rhythms of his homeland and enriched by the vast knowledge of jazz and understanding of the classical tradition. He is also professor of piano at America’s premier music college, Berklee, and has worked alongside jazz masters Pat Metheny, George Garzone and Bob Moses and has guested with numerous symphony orchestras.
