Their music reflects a love for traditional jazz combined with fresh ideas. The members met while studying to become instrumental teachers in Oulu – which is also where the band got its name. Oululainen jazzkvartetti Arted Quartet soittaa jazzstandardeja ja niiden seassa myös yhtyeen jäsenten omia sävellyksiä. Yhtyeen soitossa kuuluu rakkaus perinteiseen jazziin ja raikkaat ideat.
