CINEMA SOLORIENS is Marshall Allen, saxophonist and leader of the SUN RA ARKESTRA, with a full band including drums and guitar, playing live original music and Sun Ra's unpublished space poetry, to the films of James Harrar and restored, unreleased films of Sun Ra from Marshall's personal collection.
This is a very rare appearance as they often tour Europe, most recently playing at the Manchester Jazz Festival. see it here:
