Born in Sao Paulo, Ms. Elias started her performing career in Brazil at age seventeen, working with Brazilian singer/songwriter Toquinho and touring with the poet Vinicius de Moraes. Her 2013 release, I Thought About You reached #1 on USA and France Amazon.com, #2 on ITunes USA, France & Brazil, and #4 on Billboard Jazz Charts.
