Featuring Jazz Yorkshire Musician of the Year 2012 Richard Ormrod, MOBO and Brit award-winning guitarist and producer Chris Campbell (Finlay Quaye, The Vaccines), drummer and producer Sam Hobbs (Roller Trio, Acoustic Ladyland), and bassist Kenny Higgins (Corinne Bailey-Rae, Haggis Horns), 10-piece Dread Supreme put a Roots spin on inspirations as varied as John Coltrane, 60s protest Folk and the music of South African exiles. Performing tracks from their latest album A Dread Supreme and forthcoming release International Values, Dread Supreme produce an amazing sound that had all the heads nodding at the Yellow Bus stage at Freedom Festival 2014.
