Kevin Holbrough’s “Slide Area” at Seven

Leeds College of Music's "Slide Area" is an exciting five trombone and rhythm section band featuring up and coming jazz trombonists Dan Barley, Tom Smith, Peter New and Patrick Martin. Supported by equally outstanding rhythm section comprising of Tom Alderson on piano, Jack Garside on Bass and Dan Shearer on drums. The group pays respect to great trombone groups of JJ Johnson, Kai Winding, Urbie Green and Slide Hampton.

They are led by the respected jazz, freelance trombonist and senior lecturer at LCoM Kevin Holbrough.
