In the winter of 2010, Tessa discovered Lindy Hop! Tessa now performs in a number of projects; she runs a choir in Leeds city centre called ‘High Spirits’, with the help of Jules Birkby, she hosts TEAPOTS and TWIRLS - a semi-regular, cake-filled tea dance event in Leeds. She also curates the Live Jazz in Leeds Facebook group, encouraging Lindy Hoppers and Jazz Musicians in Leeds to support each other.
