Spa City Stompers (Hot Springs JazzFest 2018) at Ohio Club

Kicking off the 2018 Hot Springs JazzFest (Thursday, 30 August - Sunday, 2 September), "Thursday Jazz Night" at The Ohio Club on 30 August 2018 (7-10 pm) will present a free Dixieland concert by the Spa City Stompers: George "Doc" Ryan (cornet), Earl Hesse (clarinet), John Leisenring (trombone), Clyde Pound (keys), David Higginbotham (upright bass), Paul Stivitts (drums). Each Thursday (7-10 pm) there is free, live jazz upstairs at The Ohio Club, an iconic venue established in 1905 and located across from Bathhouse Row in historic downtown Hot Springs. Food and beverage service is available throughout the evening. Each week a different special guest is featured with a trio led by pianist Clyde Pound.
