Thursday Jazz: Clyde Pound Trio with Barry McVinney at Ohio Club

On 15 January 2015, the iconic Ohio Club (Arkansas's oldest bar, established in 1905 and located across from Bathhouse Row in historic downtown Hot Springs) began presenting free, live jazz on Thursday (7-10 pm). Each week a different guest artist is featured with the trio led by pianist Clyde Pound. On 19 November 2015 saxophonist Barry McVinney (music instructor and fine arts chair at Pulaski Tech in Little Rock, adjunct professor at Hendrix College in Conway) will perform with Clyde Pound (keys), Byron Yancey (upright bass), and Paul Stivitts (drums).
