It's Thursday 2nd March ....... Named after Mars, the Roman god of war, it is said to come in like a lion and out like a lamb. It's also the next time Speakeasy Bootleg Band comes roaring into Liverpool's iconic Caledonia (L7 7DX) for our monthly session of fun, frolics and musical bogsnorkelling. As well as superb music, the beer's brilliant and the food's a legend in its own lunchtime. So come to the Cali, drink your way along the bar and round things off with a liberal helping of what is undoubtedly the Finest Quality Bootleg Music Since Records Began.

It's also World Wildlife Day, so don't be sheepish, flock to the Cali, enjoy the wilder side of life, dance away your blues and ram the place to the doors. It's a tall ceiling so you can stand on each other's shoulders, while you jump up and down, sing, shout, drink beer and create the genial mayhem that is every Speakeasy Bootleg Band gig.
