About

Bob Dorough is a bona fide jazz legend. He performed and recorded with Blossom Dearie in Paris in the 1950s, his songs have been recorded by Jamie Cullum, Miles Davis ('Nothing Like You'), Diana Krall ('Devil May Care'), Mel Torme ('Comin Home Baby'), De La Soul ('3 is the Magic Number'!), and countless others. As a performer he influenced Mose Allison, Mark Murphy and many more singers. As musical director of the US TV series 'Schoolhouse Rock', Dorough (now in his 93rd year!) entertained and instructed millions of unsuspecting children throughout the 1970s and 80s. He is joined by two of the UK's top jazz vocalists, Sarah Moule & Trudy Kerr.
