The Velocity Trio is a daring outfit based on the virtuoso playing of its three members in the unique instrumentation of a trombone-led trio with Hammond organ and drums. Dennis leads the trio with his powerful and inventive trombone with which he touches on moods from funky and groovy to melodic and lyrical, while always pushing the envelope with his creative and edgy approach to music. Ross Stanley, a true Hammond wizard, is renowned for his highly creative, intricate playing, while Ronnie Scott's house drummer Pedro Segundo's spectacular drumming is rich and audacious.
