Adriano Adewale Widely recognised as one of the finest Brazilian percussionists in world music, Adriano has established an enviable reputation on the international scene. As a performer Adriano’s CV is hugely impressive, including work with the likes of Seu Jorge, Andy Sheppard, Modeste Hughes and Zoe Rahman. His most recent album 'Raizes' (2014) received 4/5 stars from the Financial Times and was described as "delicate shades of rootsy, Africa-inflected Jazz". This highly charismatic and impressive duo fuse African, Brazilian, modern jazz and contemporary tunes into a wonderfully unique and enjoyable sound.
