The Earl Okin Show: This much-feted London singer/songwriter, jazz musician and comedian has had his songs covered by Cilla Black, Georgie Fame and Helen Shapiro, and supported such artists as Ralph McTell, Fairport Convention, Van Morrison and Jean-Luc-Ponty as well as touring with Paul McCartney and Wings before becoming a favourite at both national and international jazz festivals and a regular performer at the Edinburgh Festival. Okin’s busy career as a songwriter and jazz musician with a particular interest in Boss Nova, often sees him touring his one-man show in the UK and abroad. Earl’s performances have taken him to New York, playing at Birdland and The Apollo and other jazz venues, tours to India and Singapore as well as performing at most major venues in London including the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, the Palladium and Wembley Arena.
