Her latest album Thrive (Ubuntu Music), was released this year to glowing acclaim from the international jazz press. Thrive was selected 'Album of the Week' on both Presto Music and the German Rondo Magazin, had regular UK radio play on BBC Radio 3 and was on the JazzFM playlist for several weeks.

Ambuehl leads a quartet with some of the UK’s most in-demand jazz musicians; bassist Tom Farmer with his inventive lines and rich tone, drummer Jon Scott, known for his subtle textures and explosive creativity and Tom Ollendorff on guitar, one of the most distinctive voices on the instrument, contributing luminous harmonies and melodies.
