Le Rouget. Pan fried red mullet and “Pistou” soup
La Raviole. Wild mushroom raviole, baby spinach and truffle froth
La Saucisse. Morteaux sausage in a golden brioche, Port sauce

Main Course
La Bouillabaisse. Original fish soup from Provence, Rouille and Croutons
Le Colvert. Roasted Mallard duck, fondant potatoe, Brussels sprouts and cherry sauce
L’Endive. Braised chicory “Grenobloise”, seasonal vegetables.
