Cath Longbottom's remarkable docu-film of Howard Riley features interviews with the pianist, as well as with musical confreres Evan Parker and Barry Guy, and in concert performances at the Pizza Express and Vortex in London. The screening will also include Longbottom's film of a duo with Riley and fellow improvising pianist Keith Tippett from 2016 at the Pizza Express.
