Originally from Cork, UK based modern jazz pianist and composer John Donegan’s music has been featured on the BBC, Jazz fm, RTE and various other independent radio stations in the UK and Ireland and he has worked with a variety of UK, Irish and International artists including Art Blakey, Art Farmer, Barney Kessel and Greg Abate. Major influences include Bill Evans, Wynton Kelly, Bud Powell and Keith Jarrett and John has performed in France, Spain, Portugal and at the famous Birdland in New York.
