Knoel ‘King Tut’ Scott, member of the legendary Sun Ra Arkestra since 1979, takes the stage to present an evening of jazz rooted in the legacy of the Harlem Renaissance. Spoken word, jump jazz, blues and Latin grooves in fresh arrangements of Harlem classics, as well as Knoel’s original compositions, in a collage of sound, rhythm and musical colours that conjure the spirit of jazz. Doors at 7.15p.m.
