Born out of a musical friendship and understanding, London-based Snowpoet combine melody and poetry in an improvisational effort inspired by artists such as Björk and Tom Waits, as well as poets Sylvia Plath, W.B. Yeats and Philip Larkin.
With a core composed of the paired songwriting skills of coveted bassist Chris Hyson and award-winning vocalist Lauren Kinsella, the duo lead a band of Nick Costley-White on guitar, Matt Robinson on piano/keyboards, Dave Hamblett on drums and Josh Arcoleo on saxophone.
