Lunchtime Special: 606 Gospel Brunch Featuring Sarah TÈibo at 606 Club

Rising star Sarah Téibo, described by critics as "a breath of fresh air to the UK urban Gospel scene" is a welcome addition to our Sunday afternoon Gospel brunches here at the Club. In a relatively short space of time this singer/writer has carved out her own musical niche with a unique style that blends Neo Soul, R&B and Jazz with Gospel to create a soul-stirring sound that is evident in all her work. Her single ‘Steal My Joy’ debuted at Number 2 on the UK Christian Charts in December 2015 as well as getting her two GXMM Award nominations for ‘Best Female Artist’ and ‘Best New Artist’. She is now taking it up a notch with the release of her highly impressive debut album ‘Walk with Me’, songs from which she will be featuring this afternoon. For the gig today Sarah will be appearing with a backing group that includes not only her own singers but also our own 606GG singers along with the 606GG house band, which promises to produce a powerful Gospel gig of the highest quality.
