We are presenting the wonderful gospel duo of Clif and Marie this afternoon, accompanied by the brilliant 10 piece Gospel choir IDMC and their director John Fisher, plus an impressive 5 piece band featuring our very own Andre Gabriel on guitar. From South London, Clif and Marie have an outstanding ability to impart their passion for music through vocal harmony and appreciation of the gospel tradition. Both have been actively involved with church choirs from a early age and this has helped shape their sound to express a profound enjoyment of music and an exuberant praise for love and life. IDMC are a fabulous and well-respected gospel choir who were the guest choir, with Heather Small, when London won the 2012 Olympic Bid. IDMC have also performed by request at Luciano Pavarotti’s wedding, Jamelia’s wedding, Geri Halliwell's daughter's christening and twice been guests at The Royal Albert Hall to sing at the ‘Peace One Day’. With a supporting band featuring bass, drums, piano and guitar giving an added groove feel to the already vibrant performances, this promises to be a great afternoon's entertainment. And don’t forget this is our family day, so children are more than welcome.
