Soul.Blues the band is a highly original collaboration of jazz, blues and soul legends featuring Atama ‘Blues’ Bentley, London’s very own Fiji bluesmaster bringing his powerhouse performance, buzzing electric guitar and soulful vocals. His co-collaborators include the legendary Sam Kelly, honoured in Blues in Britain after winning UK Drummer of the year five years running having played with top artists such as Dr John, Robert Plant and Gary Moore, and then we have Richard Sadler, known for his groove bass playing and work with Ray Davis, (The Kinks) Paul Weller and Tom Jones together with special guest, Sophie Alloway the much in demand percussionist on the London jazz scene where she has played with the likes of Jason Rebello, Mornington Lockett, Laurence Cottle, Geoff Eales, Nigel Price and Tony Kofi among many others.
