Explosive soul and funk from this great nine-piece soul ensemble. The band’s extensive setlist provides a balance between familiar classics and less well-known numbers, with recent additions from the soulful end of Reggae. Expect material from James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Curtis Mayfield and Toots & The Maytals as well as Stax, Motown and seventies funk. The band features three dynamic female vocalists with distinctive styles and great harmonies backed by tight rhythms and a driving horn section. The seven original band members have recently been augmented by two experienced veterans of the Reggae & Ska scene on drums and vocals.
