Guitarist Alan Weekes has been a part of the London jazz scene for more than three decades. His soul technique and imaginative flair have captured the vibes of London and his African Caribbean heritage rooted in blues and Jazz.

Alan began playing guitar at an early age influenced by Wes Montgomery, Ernest Ranglin, Grant Green, Joe Pass, Jim Hall etc

In recent years he has played at many festivals and played with jazz artistes greats, such as Jazz Jamaica, Jazz Warriors, Dick Hectal Smith, Clifford Jarvis to name but a select few.
