The Mikey Davis Big Band is an exhilarating 16-piece big band, led by saxophonist and multi-woodwind player Mikey Davis. Formed in 2018, the band is made up of some of the finest musicians from across London, the players working extensively in West End Theatre, TV & Studio sessions and across the UK jazz scene. The band draws its repertoire from the full gamut of big band history, from the early days of big bands such as Glenn Miller and Benny Goodman to the more modern libraries of Buddy Rich, Rob McConnell, Gordon Goodwin, Maynard Ferguson and many more. This exciting afternoon of swinging big band music is not to be missed.
