ELLIE BIGNALL who is currently the featured vocalist with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, bringing her well honed brand of swinging jazz influenced by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald and AnitaO'Day. Opening the evening will be top young trumpeter/vocalist TOM SYSON in duo with pianist JACKY NAYLOR winner of the 2015 Birmingham Conservatoire Composition and Arranging Prize. They will be performing the music most associated with legendary west-coast jazz icon Chet Baker.
