Dome prides itself on signing the cream of vocalists and musicians in the soul genre. Early signings to the label include Beverley Knight, Hil St Soul and Dennis Taylor.

More recent additions to the Dome roster have included Citrus Sun, Down To The Bone, Eric Roberson, Tortured Soul, Incognito, Brenda Russell, Rahsaan Patterson, Donnie, Angela Johnson, Martha Redbone, Carleen Anderson, George Duke and Don-E.
