A unique and creative musical force, Sarah’s style has been described by Rock’n’Reel as “a bracingly eclectic mix of Beat poetry with jazz, folk and Middle Eastern elements”. Her terrific lyrics reflect her passion for politics (she writes occasional political papers and fundraises for numerous causes) and the music is witty, poignant, quirky and swinging. Hailed as one of the major singer-songwriters on the British scene, Sarah’s two albums “Stalking Juliet” (2009) and “In the Current Climate” (2011) both received 4 & 5 star reviews in the Independent, the Guardian and the Times, while her last record, “Glory Days” was called “her best mix yet of hooky tunes & smart lyrics” (MOJO Magazine).
