Simon Wallace has had a 40 year international career, touring the world with the Lindsay Kemp Company and writing music for TV shows including Absolutely Fabulous and French & Saunders. Over an 18 year period he wrote over 300 songs with Fran Landesman which have been performed and recorded on both sides of the Atlantic and featured in a Sky Arts programme with Emeli Sande filmed live at Ronnie Scott’s Club.

BBC Radio 3 described him as ‘one of the UK’s foremost composers’. His recent theatre work includes the music for Julian Clary’s children’s show The Bolds at The Unicorn Theatre. His elegant and minimal arrangements have made him the go to Musical Director for British jazz stars including Claire Martin, Ian Shaw and Clare Teal and award-winning cabaret singer Barb Jungr.

Alec Dankworth is an award-winning jazz bassist and composer who, in addition to leading several groups of his own, has worked with artists including Van Morrison, Stephanne Grappelli, Abdullah Ibrahim, and The Dave Brubeck Quartet.
