The Tal Cohen trio returns to Timucua with Ignacio Berroa, whose mastery of Afro-Cuban and modern Jazz rhythms defines Latin Drumming. The legend joins forces with the young, dynamic Israeli-born pianist Tal Cohen and bassist Dion Kerr for two nights of incredible music-making. Berroa is a living legend of Jazz who joined Dizzy Gillespie in 1981 and performed with him until Dizzy’s death. Berroa has performed and recorded with Jazz icons including Tito Puente, Charlie Haden, Chico Buarque, Gonzalo Rubalcaba.
