| Jazz, standards, compositionsAfter several years in Brussels, drummer Oscar Georges decided to settle in Paris. Having already presented his music on the European stage in quintet and quartet, he is now turning to the trio. Following his meeting at the National Jazz Orchestra (ONJ), Oscar chose to invite his friend Juan Villaroel on the double bass. The choice of pianist seemed obvious to him: the music of the Flash Pig group has accompanied him since his early days in jazz. He therefore naturally decided to invite Maxime Sanchez on the piano. The music presented will intertwine personal compositions rooted in the tradition of piano trios, as well as more modern ones, not forgetting some standards....

| Jazz, standards, compositionsAprès plusieurs années à Bruxelles, le batteur Oscar Georges a décidé de s'installer à Paris. Ayant deja présenté sa musique sur la scène européenne en quintet et quartet, il se tourne aujourd’hui vers/sur le trio. A la suite de sa rencontre à l'Orchestre National de Jazz (ONJ), Oscar choisi d’inviter son ami Juan Villaroel à la contrebasse. Le choix du pianiste lui paraissait évident : la musique du groupe Flash Pig l’accompagne depuis ses débuts dans le jazz. Il décide donc tout naturellement d’inviter Maxime Sanchez au piano. La musique présentée entremêlera compositions personnelles qui s’encrent entre la tradition des trios pianio, et ceux plus modernes, sans oublier quelques standards.
