Jazz drummer Charles Bell Jr, is better known by his stage name Poogie Bell, and is best known as a drummer, working extensively with bassist Marcus Miller and as a sideman for other artists such as Erykah Badu, Victor Bailey, David Bowie, Stanley Clarke, Randy Crawford, Roberta Flack, Al Jarreau, Chaka Khan, Angelique Kidjo, Joe Sample, David Sanborn, John Scofield, Stanley Turrentine, Luther Vandross, Vanessa Williams, and Victor Wooten.

Saxophonist Winston Bell, son of Poogie Bell, is a seasoned artist in spite of his youth. He has released multiple singles as a solo artist since 2020, but is no stranger to collaboration. Over the past 10 years he produced music with his former group, Funky Fly Project, as well as with his father. In February 2022, The Pittsburgh Foundation awarded over $200,000 in funding to recipients of its inaugural Exposure Artists Program, of which Winston was one of four recipients....
