The Ikechi Onyenaka Quintet will be accompanied by Ikechi’s older sister, AdaolaSings. Vocalist Adaola Onyenaka, known artistically as AdaolaSings, embodies an amalgamation of genres which span a myriad of historical periods. Born in Austin, Texas and raised in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, AdaolaSings is proving that she is a vocal chameleon. AdaolaSings uses ethereal harmonies to create a colorful new sound that takes listeners on an sonic journey. Her personal style is a fusion of acoustic neo-soul, R&B, and indie pop. AdaolaSings’ passion as a musician is exemplified by her belief that the learning never stops in honing one’s craft.
