FREE Outdoor Concerts! Make Music Philly is a city-wide, free "do it yourself" festival - including amateurs of all genres and ages. World Music Day is a global celebration that takes place on the summer solstice each year and in 2013, for the first time ever, the "city of brotherly love" joined with over 500 other cities world-wide to celebrate music.
