The Hoppin' John Orchestra and Chris's Jazz Cafe will once again thrown down in New Orleans style for Mardi Gras 2017. The band's celebrated menu of tasty NOLA flavored originals, arrangements and transcriptions (and some new ones), will be perfectly complemented by Chris's excellent Crescent City foods-of-the-evening. Craw daddies, Gumbo, Beignets, Abitas, Sazeracs and Hurricanes will go down a might easier with the sounds of the HJO's authentic brass band and tasty Jazz and Blues renderings of classics and legit original compositions!
