Hoppin' John's Orchestra leads the parade at 7pm down Chestnut Street to Broad Street and up Sansom right onto the stage. It's loud, it's fun and it's a party all night. Come get it all; Doubloons, Hurricanes, Sazerac, Crawdads, Jambalaya, Seafood Cakes, Bayou Mac & Cheese, Chris' Original Crawdad Cheesesteaks and more.
