Grammy Award-Winning Duo Drummer Will Calhoun & Guitarist Vernon Reid from the group "Living Colour" at Alma Mater music venue in Mt. Airy.
On Thursday, Aug 11th, the Grammy-Award winning duo Will Calhoun and Vernon Reid will partner with bassist Melvin Gibbs to form the soul-rock-jazz fusion project WMV and perform two shows, 7:30pm & 9:30pm at Alma Mater Restaurant/Beer Garden, 7165 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19119.
Known primarily for his vivid and volcanic drumming in the hard-hitting soul-rock group Living Colour, Calhoun, whose forthcoming CD, Celebrating Elvin Jones, is a tribute to John Coltrane
