If it's Mardi Gras, it's Hoppin' John Orchestra at Chris' Jazz Cafe with all the bells, whistles, beads and brass you can handle! Start off with happy hour and join the parade at 7pm (weather permitting) that struts down Chestnut along Broad Street up Sansom and rolls onto Chris' stage. It's a night of all things NOLA ~ crawdads, jambalaya, hurricanes, sazerac and king cake! It's loud, it's fun, it's what Mardi Gras is meant to be.
