The Lively Arts Series welcomes Martha Redbone, Native & African American vocalist/songwriter/composer/educator known for her unique gumbo of folk, blues, and gospel. Through her songs and storytelling, she will give voice to social justice issues, bridging traditions from past to present, connecting cultures, and celebrating the human spirit.

This engagement of the Martha Redbone Roots Project is made possible funded through the Mid Atlantic Arts Tours program of Mid Atlantic Arts with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.
