Renowned pianist, composer Michele Rosewoman – founder and leader of the groundbreaking ensembles, New Yor-Uba and Quintessence – appears in a special performance with Sonic Liberation Front, Philly’s Lukumi (Afro-Cuban-Yoruba) + Modern Jazzistas. 

In this special performance, Michele Rosewoman and Sonic Liberation Front share the stage and their respective repertoires, reveling at the intersection of traditional Lukumi music and modern jazz.
