Lucas Beltran is an up and coming 18 year old singer from Lima, Peru. Recently graduating from Central High School in Philadelphia, he has found his way to many stages throughout the city and surrounding areas such as New York City. Now working with the Peter Frank Orchestra, his dream of re-introducing this music to his generation is coming true.
