The Record Exchange staff can be remarkably knowledgeable and helpful--and infamously surly if the platter you pull from their stacks isn't to their liking. But if what you've picked floats their boat, expect some conversation and the ever-popular “record store one up” game. If you have the chance, it might be best to brush up on the history of your selection, pre-shopping trip.
