The Living Room at 35 East is an intimate, boutique-style, BYOB listening room in a comfortable setting with couches and chairs. We were presented the coveted Best of Philly award for Best Small Music Venue – 2019 from Philadelphia magazine and the Best Live Music Venue award from Ardmore Award Program for 2019. We offer live entertainment in a variety of genres and serve up some of the best homemade desserts around.
