We are starting our fifth season of Jazz Cabaret. The concept of keeping jazz alive and well was the main object of our endeavor. Jazz is America’s indigenous art form. Lisa Bleil and her trio represent some of the very best of our region’s jazz musicians. John Burgh, a brilliant keyboardist, Mike Houlis, another great bassist, and what more need be said than to say – Benny Benack, Jr. and his trumpet. This exceptional group of musicians will be led by one of Pittsburgh’s great vocalist – Lisa Bleil. Lisa is prominent in the Pittsburgh jazz and musical scene. She has performed in all genres – theatre, television, and teaching. She can be heard singing at clubs around the Pittsburgh area.

This promises to be another delightful evening for you – and remember, it is a benefit – ALL proceeds go to the Free Care Fund at St. Barnabas! Price ($12.50/person) includes the concert, free appetizers and nonalcoholic beverages, and free parking - cash bar available.
