Chesterfield Jazz Club

Originated and currently run by Wendy Kirkland and Pat Sprakes, the club welcomes national and international jazz musicians. Each show features a guest (occasionally more) with Wendy Kirkland (piano), Pat Sprakes (guitar and bass) and Clive Loveday (drums). The club welcomes any jazz fan, new to us or a regular attendee. The audience is an attentive one - while the music is happening, chatting is not prohibited but extraneous noise is quite unpopular with the audience. The interval is the perfect time to chat and catch up with friends. A raffle featuring 3-4 prizes always includes a pair of tickets to any gig in the same year, a CD or DVD, a sweet treat and/or a bottle of wine

There is a full bar available at the club, wheelchair access is excellent, via a ramp straight into the concert room and there is plenty of free parking by the club. We regret food is not available at the club.
